Thunder Trade For Hawks’ Clint Capela In Bold Scenario

The Oklahoma City Thunder are a team on the rise. This young group will be looking to make some noise in the 2023-24 NBA season. 

On Thursday’s draft, they made a good addition to their squad. Cason Wallace is arguably the best defensive guard in his class. He’ll make an impact as a rookie. 

Chet Holmgren might as well. He was redshirted during what was supposed to be his rookie year. The Thunder will be excited to bring him into the fold. 

With that said, Holmgren is slight framed. He may not be ready for the rigors of the center position on day one.

If the Thunder agree, they may want to acquire a traditional big this summer. 

How about Clint Capela of the Atlanta Hawks?
