There are two questions here. What will the Blazers do, and what should they do? 

We expect them to do something like this. Frankly, the entire NBA does. That doesn’t mean that it’s what we think they should do. 

In all likelihood, the Blazers should wait on the Hornets. If they select Henderson, perhaps they should entertain options.

Otherwise, they should probably select Scoot Henderson.
