Young people need guidance. If they don’t get it, they have a way of getting lost. NBA players are no exception.
To be specific, they need mentors. A young person needs somebody to show them the ropes.
After all, go find a team full of young players. Chances are, theyre losing a lot of games. Don’t be surprised if they’re having arguments in the middle of games, either.
Take the Orlando Magic, for example. This is a hyper-talented young team.
If they want to take a step forward next season, they’ll probably need to get a veteran mentor in the door.
