We say the Blazers are most likely to move their pick for one reason: they have Damian Lillard. 

Granted, that’s assured them of little to nothing in recent years. After all, the Blazers are picking third overall. Should they really aim to stay competitive? 

That’s debatable. Plenty about this draft is debatable. For example, should the Hornets take Scoot Henderson when they already have LaMelo Ball on their roster?

Recently, it seems that they’re leaning toward Brandon Miller. By contrast, the Pacers may see the merit in pairing Henderson with Tyrese Haliburton.

Finally, it feels like Portland will prefer to put win-now pieces around Lillard rather than rebuild. 

Of course, that could simply be the same type of rumor we hear during every draft cycle.
