On the other hand, Williams has a lot of potential. Some around the NBA feel that he could be a star.

If the Raptors are rebuilding, they’d do well to take on the soon-to-be third year pro.

With that said Adams could be a solid addition to this group. Jakob Poeltl is about to hit free agency. If he’s not returning to the Raptors, Adams can replicate much of what he does.
