Sometimes, what you’re doing isn’t working. You need to overhaul it. The same can apply to NBA teams.

Other times, what you’re doing is working – to an extent. In that event, you might want to simply upgrade your plan at the margins. 

Whatever the Memphis Grizzlies are doing, it’s working. Even if they end up losing to the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round, this organization is on the right track. 

It would be hard to say the same about the Minnesota Timberwolves.

A blowout loss to the Denver Nuggets in game one of the 2022-23 playoffs didn’t help. This team may need to make drastic changes this summer.
