Culture is a difficult thing to quantify. In the NBA, team culture is no exception. 

You know it when you see it. It’s just hard to describe what you’re seeing. Every team has a culture, but good luck explaining why that’s the case. 

Still, perhaps no team is as synonymous with culture as the Miami Heat. This team notoriously refuses to employ players that don’t work hard. That’s how they’ve defined their culture. 

By contrast, the culture around the Atlanta Hawks hasn’t looked so good lately. Trae Young may be partially to blame.

Perhaps that’s why it’s rumored that the team could look to move him this summer.
