The Utah Jazz may have been surprising so far this season, whether they like it or not. With that said, one player on this team was definitely hoping to turn heads more than others.

Fresh off of an injury-plagued 2021-22 season, Collin Sexton has had a lot to prove in 2022-23. He’d like to surprise the world by proving that he’s still a young star in this league.

Whether he’s done so is up for debate. Sexton is only averaging 12.3 points per game, but he’s doing so in just 18.5 minutes per game. When he’s gotten the opportunity, he’s been able to remind the world who he is.

Why are his opportunities so limited? Is it because the Jazz are tanking? Do they see something in practice that we don’t have access to?
