3. Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Knicks to the punch in the Donovan Mitchell sweepstakes. They were the surprising winners, landing Mitchell and giving them an excellent core to build around along with Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen.
This is a Cleveland Cavaliers team ready to take that next step and make some noise in the Eastern Conference. There is only one weak spot on the roster, which is at small forward. A veteran, such as Jae Crowder, may be a better fit, but Cleveland should be keeping their options open.
They have a laundry list of players that are being considered for the starting spot as Caris Levert, Cedi Osman, Dylan Windler, Dean Wade, Lamar Stevens and Isaac Okoro were all mentioned by head coach J.B. Bickerstaff.
If none of them separate themselves from the pack, they should consider targeting Cam Reddish. Reddish has the prototypical size you’re looking for in a two-way wing and having a defined role on a team looking to win could do him some good.

It would certainly be a risk as Reddish has yet to consistently show that he can be a rotation player for a contending team. But, the four-game stretch he had in the 2021 Eastern Conference Finals against the Milwaukee Bucks is an example of just how great he can be.
The Cleveland Cavaliers need another wing to round out the roster, providing the team with more options to go small with Mobley at center. Reddish would provide them that opportunity as he can play shooting guard, small forward and power forward.
