Like the idea of Mitchell to the Knicks, the Lakers and Jazz arranging a trade that resembles this one falls under that category. However, will something actually transpire, unlike what happened in New York?

On the other hand, the Jazz have those veterans, and they don’t need them. Something has eventually got to give here. They are expected to make moves before the season.
