Sacramento Kings
Leave fit aside for the moment. The Sacramento Kings need all the talent they can find.
After all, this team hasn’t made the playoffs in 16 years. That’s the longest drought in NBA history. They need to punch a ticket to the postseason in 2022-23 at any cost.
With that said, the fit with Sexton here is actually pretty good. As constructed, the Kings are built around Domantas Sabonis and De’Aaron Fox. They’re both dynamic playmakers, but neither is known for their floor spacing.
Sexton is. He’s been a consistent threat from three-point range throughout his career so far. Granted, his ball-dominant tendencies could clash with Fox’s, but at the same time, he does have the skill set to transition into a more off-ball heavy role.

If he’s willing to do so, the Sacramento Kings should scoop him up. If healthy, a trio of Sabonis, Fox, and Sexton ought to make that nasty drought a thing of the past.
