Durant and Lillard immediately form one of the best duos in the National Basketball Association. Furthermore, Jerami Grant and Josh Hart remain on this roster following this deal. By signing just a few more inexpensive role players, the Blazers could be championship favorites heading into 2022-23.

That’s not a place they’ve found themselves in very often. It’s one that their loyal, presumably tired fanbase deserves to see them in.
