2. Malik Beasley
The Minnesota Timberwolves had an excellent 2021-22 season. They won their first game of the NBA Play-In Tournament, earning the No. 7 seed and a matchup with the Memphis Grizzlies. They lost that series in six games, but could have won had they executed better down the stretch.
This offseason, they will look to upgrade things around their cornerstones, Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards. They are rumored to be shopping D’Angelo Russell, which means they could be in the market for another point guard.
This deal with the Los Angeles Lakers could help them achieve that, as Kendrick Nunn will be included along with Talen Horton-Tucker. Heading back to Los Angeles would be Malik Beasley, who would be a good fit.
Malik Beasley has shown that he can fill up the basket when given the opportunity to. That is something the Lakers could certainly use more of, especially if they are unable to retain Malik Monk in free agency this offseason.

Malik Beasley averaged 19.6 points per game during the 2020-21 season but saw his opportunities scaled back with the emergence of Edwards alongside Towns, moving to a role with the second unit.
He would likely remain in a sixth-man role with Los Angeles, but he would be the focal point of the attack whenever the Big 3 is resting, providing Ham with a bonafide scorer that can create for himself.
