Maybe it’s disingenuous to say the LA Clippers need a point guard. They need a distributor. Randle qualifies.
He had an undeniably subpar 2021-22 season, but that was following up a superb 2020-21. It’s possible that Julius Randle is overtaxed as the Knicks’ top option. As a third option on the Clippers, he may thrive in terms of efficiency, even at the expense of volume.
