Golden State Warriors Receive: F/C Rudy Gay, G Bojan Bogdanovic, F Royce O’Neale, 2026 First-Round Pick
Utah Jazz Receive: G/F Andrew Wiggins
In this scenario, the Utah Jazz could be looking to go for it all, adding an impact wing player alongside Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. Andrew Wiggins would help elevate their starting five, providing them the exact piece they are missing.
However, to make the numbers work, Utah is sacrificing a lot of its depth. Bojan Bogdanovic almost certainly would have to be included, but the other pieces can be played around with.
This is likely the package that Golden State would push for, as they are getting replacements for all of the players they could lose this offseason. Rudy Gay and Royce O’Neale can slide right into the spots of Otto Porter Jr., Gary Payton II, and Damion Lee should none of them re-sign.
Utah could try and convince them to take on Jordan Clarkson and Udoka Azubuike instead of Gay and O’Neale. That would likely cost them more draft compensation that they do not have a lot of to spare. Acquiring the best player in the deal, Utah has to surrender at least a future first-round pick to complete it.

This trade could also be made under the assumption that Utah decides to move on from Mitchell or Gobert in a separate deal. They both could return a strong package, replenishing all of the assets and more that it cost to acquire Wiggins.
Even the most conservative rumored trade packages for Mitchell and Gobert include at least two rotation players and multiple draft picks, which the Jazz can use to remain competitive this upcoming season.
