Jalen Brunson
There may not be a player entering free agency that will cash in more than Jalen Brunson. While he may not sign the largest deal, there is a good chance that he sees the biggest raise compared to his last contract.
Brunson is expected to sign a deal that pays him at least $20 million annually. There will be a robust market for him, as the New York Knicks have been linked to him for over a year and are desperate to fill their void at the point guard position.
The Detroit Pistons are another potential landing spot, but unlike the Knicks, they have the cap space to sign Jalen Brunson outright. New York will likely have to complete a sign-and-trade deal, something the Dallas Mavericks reportedly will not help facilitate.
While Dallas may not work with the Knicks, would they be open to working a deal out with another team? The Washington Wizards are someone that they have experience working with already, as the two sides worked out a deal that sent Kristaps Porzingis back to the east coast in exchange for Spencer Dinwiddie and Davis Bertans.

Washington has a glaring need at point guard and should be aggressively pursuing someone to show Bradley Beal that they are capable of building a winning team.
Kyle Kuzma, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Deni Avdija, and Rui Hachimura are some players that the Wizards can build a package around to appease the Mavericks, who should want to get something in return instead of losing Jalen Brunson without compensation as a free agent.
