This trade between the Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs was put together by Greg Swartz over at Bleacher Report. He put together some deals to replace the most disappointing starters are some teams around the league. In this deal, the Heat and Spurs are swapping sharpshooters.

Miami has seemingly soured on Duncan Robinson. The team found some success at the end of the season once they removed him from the starting lineup. In the playoffs, he saw his role decrease even more.

Right now, he isn’t even in the rotation at the start of their second-round series.

Robinson is likely someone the Heat will look to move this offseason. His contract can be included for salary purposes in a big trade. But, in this scenario, the Heat swap him out for a player that can fill his role in Doug McDermott.
