The Trail Blazers have a lot of needs heading into next season. We’ll likely see the team make a trade for a viable partner to Damian Lilliard, but a young guard like Washington could step up in a smaller role.
One of the highlights of the Blazers’ season was the emergence of scoring guard Anfernee Simons. Simons is an explosive and versatile scorer – and could form a dynamic scoring duo off the bench with Washington.
