2. Myles Turner
Ahead of the trade deadline, it looked as if the Indiana Pacers would assuredly move Myles Turner. However, a foot injury took him off the trade block and he remained in Indiana. Come the offseason, he could be on the move.
Turner should be the No. 1 target for the Charlotte Hornets via trade. Given the foot injury he suffered, the price should be lower to acquire him.
Indiana is also a team that has shown interest in Gordon Hayward in the past, so he could be used as part of the package heading back to the Pacers.
For the Hornets, Turner is everything they are looking for. He won’t clog things up offensively as he is a capable 3-point shooter. He showed a more diverse offensive game this season, which can be unlocked without being paired with another natural center in the frontcourt.

Turner’s defense is what the Hornets would covet the most. He is an elite rim protector, something they need behind their underwhelming perimeter defense. Turner would clean up a lot of the issues on their defense as the anchor to the unit.
