3. Myles Turner
If the New York Knicks lose Mitchell Robinson in free agency, they are going to have to scour the market for a suitable replacement. Jericho Sims showed that he was ready to have a role in the rotation with how he played down the stretch, but the team needs someone to pair with him should Robinson depart.
Nerlens Noel is on the roster for now, but the Knicks are likely going to seek a replacement and upgrade for him as well. One player that they should check in on again is Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers.
Turner was someone that the Knicks were linked to previously and it makes sense. He would help modernize their offense from the center position given his ability to stretch the floor. Turner would help open things up for guys like RJ Barrett and Julius Randle to get to work as the interior would be less clogged.
Not only would Myles Turner help offensively, but he is an elite rim protector. Tom Thibodeau likes playing a traditional center, and while Turner possesses an untraditional offensive skill set, his defense is something the team would like.

He can be the anchor and would pair well alongside Randle, should he not be traded himself. Randle’s strengths would play well off of Myles Turner’s, making for an intriguing frontcourt duo.
