Denver Nuggets
Much like the Boston Celtics, the Denver Nuggets would have to part with a lot of draft picks in order to land Lillard without moving an incumbent star. In the Nuggets’ case, the Blazers would likely ask for Jamal Murray.
The Nuggets are more likely to concede. Murray doesn’t quite hold Brown’s trade value, and the temptation to pair reigning MVP Nikola Jokic with Lillard may be too much to overcome.
Still, such a dynamic pairing does make for a superteam. If the Denver Nuggets are intent on forming one, they’ll have to offer another package.
It would have to start with Michael Porter Jr. Granted, injury concerns abound regarding the young wing. Still, 6’10 forwards with pristine shooting strokes who can knock down triples off the catch or dribble don’t grow on trees. Porter Jr. still has star potential in this league, and the Blazers’ front office may see that.

Of course, an MPJ-for-Dame straight swap doesn’t work financially or practically. The Denver Nuggets would also have to attach every draft pick they could to make a deal work. If the Blazers are amendable to any framework where they receive Lillard without ceding Murray, the Nuggets shouldn’t flinch.
Such a deal gives them an opportunity to form a superteam for the ages.
