Dallas Mavericks
It could be lined up well for Randle to end up with the Dallas Mavericks. First, he is from Dallas and would have a chance for a homecoming. And of course, these two teams have done business before.
The Mavs pulled off a blockbuster when they acquired Kristaps Porzingis from New York. Now, they could re-visit the well and target another versatile big from the Knicks. This would give the Mavs a second scoring option behind Luka Doncic.
The Dallas Mavericks has been working to build a lineup that allows Doncic to be at his best. Randle would also benefit from this trade because he would not get as much attention on the offensive end.
Now, would that be a good thing? We have seen during his time in New York that Randle enjoys being the top option and has a bit of an ego. That means this could go one of two ways.

Randle could welcome the opportunity to play with one of the best players in the league in Luka Doncic or he would become disgruntled by losing some shots on a nightly basis. It’s a risk the Dallas Mavericks would need to weight.
For the Knicks, this would be a chance to add some more depth at the top of the offense. Jalen Brunson is scoring 16.2 points per game this season and would have to be involved in the deal, but would have to be coming in a sign-and-trade.
There is also a chance that the Knicks could have a reunion with Tim Hardaway Jr. Regardless, Brunson and a first-round pick would lead the return from the Dallas Mavericks.
