2. Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets have been decimated with injuries to key players while Nikola Jokic continues to play at an MVP level. Jamal Murray should be back at some point this season after recovering from a torn ACL while Michael Porter Jr. is unlikely to play for a long time.
It still remains to be seen just how effective Murray will even be after he makes his return to the lineup for the Nuggets. It could be a little while before he is back to his previous form.
If the Denver Nuggets want to add another threat off the dribble, it would make sense to at least consider making a trade for a player like Caris LeVert.
The Nuggets are a team who could benefit from having a talent like LeVert coming off the bench when they are at closer to full strength. Denver would have such a layered attack that could continue to pile up points against teams as their weaker personnel is on the floor.

It would be a shame to have a year of MVP-level player form one of the NBA’s beset players go to waste because some of his teammates are injured. While LeVert wouldn’t make them title threats, he at least would give the Denver Nuggets more talent to offer Jokic more help come playoff time.
