The Knicks had no choice but to play him given the team’s recent lack of available players. He impressed against the Boston Celtics on Saturday as he finished with 29 points, six rebounds, and three assists while dropping in five makes from beyond the arc.

There is still value in Walker’s shot creation ability out of ball screens and handoffs along with his catch-and-shoot impact as a floor spacer.
