Marvin Bagley III – Sacramento Kings
There have been rumors that the Kings are looking to trade Mavin Bagley III ever since last season, but now, these rumors are starting to gain some more traction because of events that transpired over the last several months.
Not only did Marvin Bagley cut off communication with the team in the offseason, but his agent complained about the team’s usage of him prior to the start of the season and Sacramento continued to talk with teams about the former No. 2 overall pick in the offseason.
In the final year of his rookie contract, it seems like the Kings are going to look to trade Bagley and while he is not a franchise-altering talent, he is a steady frontcourt piece. Now in his fourth NBA season, Marvin Bagley has missed some time on the floor due to injuries, but he has been productive when he is healthy.
Since being drafted second overall in 2018, Marvin Bagley has averaged 13.9 points, 7.4 rebounds and has shot 49.8% from the floor. Being only 22-years-old, not only is he a player that could contribute now, but someone the Pacers could invest in long-term.

Who knows what their frontcourt is going to look like next year with them taking trade calls on Sabonis and Turner, but Marvin Bagley is a reliable rebounder, a steady scorer and is an athletic, mobile frontcourt player that can be utilized in many different ways.
The Kings are looking to get “first-round” value in a trade for Marvin Bagley, but the Pacers could look to wait until the deadline and try and get him for Jeremy Lamb, Isaiah Jackson and a future second-round pick.
