3. San Antonio Spurs miss the postseason once again

This prediction is not too bold but San Antonio has a chance to be one of the worst teams in the West this season. DeRozan is now in Chicago and the Spurs will look to their young core, including first-round pick Josh Primo.

This means San Antonio is in a good position moving forward if their players pan out the way they are supposed to. That does not help this season as we are looking to build bold predictions.

San Antonio was unable to contend with some veterans leading the way and will only get worse as they are not in town. They have a chance to have some strong individual performers but as a team, San Antonio will be underwhelming this season.

This will be the third-straight season that the Spurs do not qualify for the playoffs.
