NBA Opening Night: 4 Things To Watch With Lakers, Nets, Bucks, Warriors

NBA Analysis Network

The 2021-22 NBA season is finally upon us. The schedule makers have provided us with an excellent opening night slate with some of the best teams in the NBA and plenty of star-studded talent.

The first game of the evening will showcase the Brooklyn Nets traveling to take on the Milwaukee Bucks. This is a rematch of their second-round matchup from the 2021 postseason just about four months ago.

The Bucks won that series in seven games, barely getting past the Nets. Brooklyn was inches away from winning the game in regulation, but Kevin Durant’s toe was on the line. As a result, he only tied the game and Milwaukee went on to win in overtime.

The second game of opening night pits the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers together. Both teams are looking to get things back on track this season after disappointing finishes to the 2020-21 campaign.
