Memphis Grizzlies Receive: C James Wiseman, GSW 2022 1st Round Pick (Swap, Less Favorable to MEM)
It is definitely a long-shot to think about, but could the Memphis Grizzlies potentially get James Wiseman in a deal for Dillon Brooks? The Golden State Warriors are currently searching for ways to add more experienced talents to help them contend for a title and Brooks could be an excellent addition for them on the wing.
Last season, Dillon Brooks evolved into more of a secondary scorer and a really strong perimeter defender, which is why he could immediately hold a big role in the Warriors plans. Who knows if they would be willing to give up James Wiseman for him, but the Grizzlies could definitely utilize Wiseman in their rotation as well.
They do now have Steven Adams as their center, but if they got Wiseman, the Grizzlies would absolutely utilize him next to another lengthy, versatile and young talent in Jaren Jackson Jr.
At just 20-years-old, James Wiseman has a ton of potential to grow into a special player in this league, which is why he could fit in with a young, athletic team like the Grizzlies.

Like every other trade scenario, it seems unlikely that the Memphis Grizzlies would a) trade Dillon Brooks and b) come to an agreement with the other team for a ton of value, which is why Memphis probably is going to be looking to dump other, smaller-contract type of players like Daniel Oturu, Sam Merrill and possibly Rajon Rondo.
