3. Tomas Satoransky
The Chicago Bulls are looking for an upgrade at the point guard position. They selected Illinois point guard Ayo Dosunmu with the 38th overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft to start the process.
With two new faces potentially joining Coby White in the Bulls’ backcourt, it made a lot of sense that Satoransky found himself on the move. This is a situation the Boston Celtics would be smart to take advantage of with their own need at the point guard position.
With Lonzo Ball having been dealt in a sign-and-trade to the Bulls, Satoransky finds himself a member of the New Orleans Pelicans. Given his status as an expiring contract, it appears as though he could be available in a potential trade.
Even after signing Dennis Schroder in free agency, Satoransky would provide some size to the backcourt, giving Ime Udoka some options when making lineup combinations.

Satoransky would also provide the Celtics with some efficient scoring, something they could use more of outside of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. His playmaking would be welcomed as well, taking some more pressure off of Tatum and Brown and helping replace the production lost with the Kemba Walker trade.
