Be Healthy
Health is the only thing that has held Kyle Lowry back in recent years.
Outside of his rookie season, when he appeared in only 10 games with the Memphis Grizzlies, 2020-21 was the least amount of games Lowry has ever played in a season. He made only 46 appearances, which was a big reason for the Raptors finishing 27-45.
That was the third consecutive season that Lowry has missed at least 14 games in. It has happened in four of the last five seasons, as he played in only 60 during the 2016-17 season before playing in 78 during the 2017-18 season.
This season, Lowry will return to good health and miss single-digit amounts of games. He will be rejuvenated by the move to Miami and be on the court for at least 74 games this upcoming season.

Lowry being healthy will help Miami reclaim its position near the top of the Eastern Conference. He, Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo are a strong trio to build the team around. With the added weapons to the roster, Miami will get home-court advantage for at least the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
