Mike Conley elects to leave the Utah Jazz
Along with Chris Paul and Kyle Lowry, Mike Conley is one of the notable veteran point guards that is primed to hit the open market in free agency.
All signs point toward Conley re-upping with the Utah Jazz after Utah secured the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference this season and Conley made his first career All-Star team.
However, is Donovan Mitchell committed long-term to the Jazz? Can Utah win with Rudy Gobert as one of their centerpieces? These questions could cause Conley to take a momentous pause to think about his future with the Jazz.
It would be hard to turn away returning to the Jazz given how they will motivated to retain him and how the team was just the top-seeded squad in the Western Conference.
