Lakers Receive: Buddy Hield
Kings Receive: Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell (via sign-and-trade)
Once again, any trade for Hield involving the Lakers is likely going to have to include Kuzma. But what if the Kings don’t have interest in adding Caldwell-Pope and they want someone else from Los Angeles?
The Lakers are extremely limited in trades due to having only six players under contract right now.
However, Los Angeles could use someone like Montrezl Harrell in a sign-and-trade scenario to get a deal done for Hield.
In all likeliness, Richaun Holmes is going to be signing elsewhere in free agency, leaving Sacramento in need of finding a replacement at center. While Harrell is an undersized big man, he could help replace the production left behind by Holmes.

Harrell’s role with the Lakers steadily declined as the season progressed and they would likely be open to moving on from him if it meant getting an efficient shooter like Hield.
