Buddy Hield
If there is one realistic option that the Los Angeles Lakers should trade for, it’s Buddy Hield of the Sacramento Kings.
The Kings have a back court duo of De’Aaron Fox and Tyrese Haliburton, which could push Hield into a slightly declined role. While the point guard spot is a need for Los Angeles, acquiring a three-point marksman like Hield at the shooting guard position would also be a welcomed sight for the Lakers.
It’s no secret that Los Angeles needs to surround James and Davis with more shooting on the roster. Even though Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has performed solid in recent years, Hield would be a massive upgrade at shooting guard.
Buddy Hield is a career 40.6 percent shooter from outside and he’s had three straight seasons of scoring 16+ points per game.

If the Lakers want to find someone that can be a perfect third option on offense, Hield would check a lot of the boxes that they are looking for.
