Does this trade make sense for the Golden State Warriors?

The Golden State Warriors have won their championships on the powers of their backcourt. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson have been as good as possible for many years.

If the Warriors can figure out how to balance the lineup, that will take them to another level right away. That is what they would be able to do with Turner. He has emerged as one of the best defensive big men in the league, leading the NBA blocks this past season.

Bringing in Myles Turner in this particular NBA trade scenario would enable the Warriors to move James Wiseman in a separate deal. Turner is a more impactful option

TJ Warren would immediately replace the scoring production that Andrew Wiggins brought to the table. At this point, Warren gets his buckets in a more efficient way and is used to attacking within the flow of the game by picking his spots.

The Warriors would have to part ways with the No. 7 pick but would get No. 13 back in return. They will not have to give up too much for two players that could contribute in a big way moving forward. Golden State will be back near the top of the conference soon enough. If a big trade is made, it will be even sooner than originally thought.
