Chicago Bulls Receive: G Russell Westbrook
Washington Wizards Receive: G Coby White, F/C Thaddeus Young, G Tomas Satoransky and No. 38 pick
The Chicago Bulls have been linked to some improvements at point guard and there will be much to monitor in rumors Russell Westbrook can be added to the list. He would be the biggest name in this NBA trade scenario and give the Bulls something more to build around.
In return for Westbrook, the Wizards could ask for some solid assets, but regardless, it wouldn’t be a massive haul when considering the size of his contract. This would be more of a salary dump in the event that Bradley Beal were to ask to be traded.
The return for the Bulls would begin with Coby White, a young point guard who has shown some flashes in a big role. Most importantly, he’s on a rookie contract and while he will end up being sidelined to start the 2021-22 season, the long-term benefit would be helpful.
Thaddeus Young as a veteran option that would be short term while Tomas Satoransky would give them another perimeter threat. The Wizards would also get a second round pick in the 2021 NBA Draft.

Let’s take a closer look and see how this NBA trade scenario centered around Russell Westbrook would impact both the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards.
