Does this trade make sense for the Phoenix Suns?
The Phoenix Suns have seen what big moves could do to the franchise. They are a legitimate championship contender this season and are two wins away from winning the NBA Finals.
Even if the Suns manage to pull off the victory in the NBA Finals, it’s important to note that it will be a more competitive landscape in the Western Conference next season. Adding a talent like Jerami Grant would go a long way in solidifying their chances of winning it all in 2022.
Jerami Grant will be a perfect fit for the Suns. He is a true ‘3-and-D’ players in the NBA. He can dominate on the defensive end because of his length and athleticism while scoring from all three levels.
Grant can venture out to the three-point line and space the floor for Booker in addition to being quite impactful attacking off-the-catch. Phoenix will not have to give up a ton in this deal which makes it a no-brainer if it presents itself.

The Suns finally have a taste of success and have to make sure that it does not go away soon. Adding a player like Grant will keep them near the top of the Western Conference with the likes of Los Angeles teams at the Utah Jazz.
