New York Knicks
It can be chalked up as a semi-successful season for the New York Knicks this year. Despite making a long-awaited return to the playoffs, the Knicks were eliminated hastily by the Atlanta Hawks in the first round.
Amid New York’s playoff run, the Knicks learned that they still have a ways to go until they’re considered a threat in the Eastern Conference. A duo of Julius Randle and RJ Barrett can only take you so far.
Given New York’s glaring need at the point guard position, they’ll be an aggressive team this offseason. In all likeliness, the Knicks will end up with one of the notable names at point guard due to the cap space they have available. So the draft probably isn’t where New York believes they find their solution at point guard.
That being said, if they view Jalen Suggs as a can’t miss prospect, then they have the 19th and 21st overall picks in the 2021 NBA Draft to offer, along with other pieces like Kevin Knox and Obi Toppin.

Suggs would be an exciting player to have play at Madison Square Garden, where he could prove he can be a franchise cornerstone.
