The 2021 NBA Draft is right around the corner with the draft set to take place on July 29th. The Detroit Pistons hold the No. 1 overall pick and all expectations are that Cade Cunningham will be the name announced to kick start the draft.
The Houston Rockets and Cleveland Cavaliers are the next two teams on the board, with guys like Evan Mobley, Jalen Green, and Jalen Suggs as candidates to be selected early.
In most mock drafts, Suggs lands with the Toronto Raptors with the fourth overall selection.
It’s hard to envision Suggs escaping the top four picks in the draft following a stellar freshman season at Gonzaga in 2020-21.

So if a team outside of the top four picks really wants Suggs to be a cornerstone of their future, they’ll likely need to trade up to get the talented guard.
