3. Re-sign veteran options

It is important for a team to have veteran pieces, especially when they are trying to win a championship. This is something the Denver Nuggets have had around their stars and it has worked out for them to this point.

If Denver wants to continue to be a championship contender, they must re-sign some of their veteran options. This begins with Paul Millsap and JaVale McGee in the frontcourt. Jokic is one of the best big men in the league but even he needs some depth behind him.

Millsap has acted as a starting forward for many years on different teams. He has shown that he could still play the game at a high-level and would be worth bringing back.

McGee is a player who provides a spark off the bench. He brings athleticism and ability on the defensive end of the floor.

The Nuggets have a strong starting five and it is important to keep that intact along with her depth on the bench. Millsap and McGee should be priorities once the offseason comes around.
