During the regular season, the Los Angeles Clippers were once again a dominant team in the Western Conference, but they have run into some struggles in the NBA postseason. Who knows how far the Clippers are going to go in the postseason this year, but if they fall short of making the Western Conference Finals once again, they could look to make a major move to add a “third star” in the offseason.

The point guard position is something the Clippers will need to address regardless of whether or not they make it far in the postseason because as of right now, Patrick Beverley, Reggie Jackson and Rajon Rondo are their options at the point guard position. Terance Mann is also a young backcourt option for the Clippers, but he is much better playing at the shooting guard/small-forward position.

It seems like a long-shot to believe that the Clippers will lure Brogdon away from the Pacers, but Indiana did have a lot of struggles this season and could be looking to make some major changes to their roster. Could Malcolm Brogdon be on the way out the door of the Pacers organization this offseason?

Let’s take a look at a potential offseason trade between the Pacers and Clippers that would be centered on sending Malcom Brogdon to L.A.
