It is necessary for the Cavaliers to get younger in the front-court to go with Sexton and Garland. They used last year’s first-round pick on Isaac Okoro and could add another versatile player.

The Cavaliers have been re-tooling for years now. They finally have another franchise player to build around and it is all about putting the right pieces around him. Barnes would fit into the plan well and would have necessary time to develop as an offensive player.
