Bring in one or two experienced, veteran players to lead this young team
Overall, the Memphis Grizzlies have a really solid and well-built roster, but they do need to add some experienced talents to this team. They do not need guys who will average 30+ minutes per game, but rather key veterans who can be voices and leaders on and off-the-court for this younger team.
Guys like JJ Redick, Paul Millsap, Garrett Temple and Jeff Green would be excellent additions for the Grizzlies, all of which could definitely hold their own on the court for 20+ minutes per game as well.

Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. are the young leaders of this team, which is great for the Grizzlies moving forward, but this team overall doesn ot possess much postseason experience. Adding one or two guys who can help this team grow and mature on and off-the-court would do wonders for this team’s chemistry and come time for the playoffs, they would definitely be prepared to fight.
Even guys like Danny Green and Lou Williams would be great targets for the Grizzlies because they can not only contribute as three-point shooters, but they both have deep knowledge of the postseason, especially Green who has won three championships with three different teams!
Using their MLE to sign a couple of veteran players to smaller contracts in the offseason should definitely be something the Grizzlies front-office is interested in doing and by doing so, they will be able to help their team in more ways than imagined.
