Do not shake up the roster too much

Quite honestly, if the Memphis Grizzlies do not make any moves in the offseason roster wise, that would be perfectly fine! While adding a big name talent would surely help them, their roster is very well built and they are well on their way to growing into a strong team to play against.

Over the last four seasons, the Grizzlies win total has increased each and every year and while they may not be winning 50+ games, they are a team that nobody really wants to face because of all the ways they can beat their opponents.

They are a Top-10 defensive team in the league and with 7 players averaging 10+ PPG this season, you just never know who is going to get hot for them! They have numerous guys up and down their roster that are more than capable of holding their own, which is why with time, this Grizzlies team is going to be special.

Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr. are two athletic and unique talents that can be the core of this team for the foreseeable future and wirth other key role players in Jonas Valanciunas, Kyle Anderson, Dillon Brooks and others, there is nor reason that the Grizzlies cannot be a Top-5 team in the Western Conference in 2-3 years.

It will not happen overnight, but this team is on the right path to success right now, so not making any moves to shake things up roster wise would be the best move the Grizzlies could make in the offseason. While there will be plenty of NBA rumors flying around this offseason, Memphis probably won’t be among them.
