Terrence Ross – Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic made all of their talent available in trade talks at the trade deadline this year and as a result, they traded their top three players in Nikola Vucevic, Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier. Now, the Magic are set to rebuild their roster with young talents and draft picks, which is why Terrence Ross could be on the move in the offseason.

The Wizards seriously need a “spark” to bring into games off-the-bench and provide immediate scoring in their second-unit and Terrence Ross has been one of the best bench players in the league this year.

Even though he has missed 14 games this year, Ross still ranks 4th in the league in total points scored off the bench and over the course of the season, he has averaged 15.6 points and has shot 41.2% from the floor.

Terrence Ross is a proven, veteran talent that could contribute immediately for the Washington Wizards and with him only being owed $12.5M next season and $11.5M during the 2022-23 season, he is an excellent, affordable, high-level trade target for many teams around the league.

Having a guy like Terrence Ross to turn to off-the-bench makes the Wizards an even better offensive team and trading for the veteran wing gives the Wizards another talented player to lean on other than Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal.
