Lonzo Ball is another name that has come up in NBA trade rumors in recent weeks. He could be the piece that ultimately gets this deal done, along with a first-round pick this year.

Malcolm Brogdon would join the Pelicans and give them a solid option at the top of the offense. The Western Conference is extremely deep and difficult. It is going to take the Pelicans some time to rebuild but this is a move that would speed up the process.
