Boston Celtics Receive: Kyle Lowry, Patrick McCaw, Norman Powell, 2021 1st Round Pick

Toronto Raptors Receive: Kemba Walker, Aaron Nesmith, Daniel Theis

Kyle Lowry would not be the only player going to the Boston Celtics in this deal. He would bring them leadership and championship experience. Patrick McCaw and Norman Powell would also be on their way to Boston along with a first-round pick.

The trade would not be extremely expensive for Boston. They will part ways with Kemba Walker as the Raptors we need a replacement at the point guard position. The decision would be to swap out Lowry for a more dynamic scorer to help run the offense.

Aaron Nesmith and Daniel Theis are other players who will be able to play valuable minutes for the Raptors as key role players. Toronto’s greatest success has come through depth and this would help to achieve that.

Let’s take a look and see how this trade centered around Kyle Lowry and Kemba Walker would benefit both the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors.
