Phoenix Suns Receive: Kyrie Irving, Spencer Dinwiddie

Brooklyn Nets Receive: Chris Paul, Cameron Johnson, Jalen Smith, 2021 1st Round Pick, 2023 1st Round Pick

Kyrie Irving is back on the floor after missing some time due to personal reasons and there hasn’t been an issue ever since. However, if the Brooklyn Nets choose to cut ties after his antics, they would get back a huge return.

In this deal, Irving and Spencer Dinwiddie will go to the Phoenix Suns. While he is out for the 2020-21 season, he still is under contract through 2021-22 and would return to the lineup next year. If Brooklyn trades Kyrie Irving, the haul would help replenish some of their assets.

It begins by getting Chris Paul back to take over for Kyrie Irving. Paul would be an incredible fit for this Nets team. Cam Johnson and Jalen Smith are two other players that would come to Brooklyn along with two first-round picks.

Let’s take a look and see how this trade would benefit both sides during the regular season and come in the playoffs.
