Kyle Lowry would bring a lot to a contending team at this point in his NBA career. It seems like he would have a better chance to do so with the Denver Nuggets than the Toronto Raptors this season and going forward.

Lowry would be the third piece of a potential big three alongside Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. This is the type of move that wouldn’t require the Nuggets to part with an uncomfortable amount of compensation in order to achieve legitimate improvement.

There have been two names present in many NBA trade rumors involving the Nuggets. They are Will Barton and Gary Harris. Combined, these two players have made 20 starts for the Nuggets. Along with a first-round pick, this could be a deal that lands Lowry with the Nuggets.
