Why This Trade Would Benefit The Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are currently at the bottom of the Eastern Conference with just two wins. They have some decisions to make moving forward and they could point them in the direction of rebuilding. There are some big names on the team but it has clearly not worked.

Both Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal are at the top of the list if the Wizards are interested in cleaning house. John Wall was sent away during the offseason in exchange for Westbrook.

Now, it could be time to completely change course. The early stages of the season have been a disaster in Washington and this is nothing new. The Wizards have been near the bottom of the conference for years now.

This trade will benefit the Wizards because there is nothing to lose. They have shown that they can finish in last place with Westbrook so they should send him away for a return.
