4. Miami Heat
This would be a very intriguing landing spot for Carmelo Anthony. After making a run to the NBA Finals and coming up short against the Los Angeles Lakers, the Heat could be looking for a little more firepower.
Anthony would come in and fill the stretch four role that the Heat deployed last season. Jae Crowder was excellent in that role, but could leave for another team in free agency himself. If that does end up happening, Miami should consider Anthony.
Jimmy Butler thrives on having shooters spacing the floor around him. If there is one thing that Anthony has done consistently, it is shoot the ball. He would get a lot of open looks in the Miami offense.
While there are better potential destinations for him this offseason, signing with the Heat would be a solid option for Anthony.
